| After being a lazy lump for too long, last year I decided to get whipped back into shape. I already shed an extra chin or two, but figured now it's time to get ripped and hot! So one day, at the bar of course, a few of us were reflecting on all the 'booze me up and get me high' times this past summer and we decided to motivate each other on our Journey to Hotness with a fitness challenge and some good ole cashola! I also finalized my trip back to the homeland of South Africa, which I have not been back to in 25 years! So knowing I will be hangin out at Durban Beach and Capetown at Christmas, I gotsta look gooood! Afterall, it will be the summertime there so I can't be wearing a parka like all of you back here ;) | |

Day 1Well the gym was fun! I realized I got some major room for improvement when it comes to running that track! I hate running and running hates me. Week 1Well I haven't been able to do much this past week because of some minor surgery on Day 3. I'm not too worried though ... with a bit of hard work and some juice, I'm sure I'll be able to bench press these boys in no time! Week 2Ok, well I was kidding about the roids obviously...don't really wanna look manly. This week I have gotten back into the routine! Week 3Hoping to move up from Cartman status this week. Week 4Did a Halfway Hotness 25 workout on Thursday...I was so proud of myself that I RAN the whole 3.2 km run...that's right, no walking or stopping at all! But somehow I got the same fuckin time as Day 1! Arrrgh!!! Gotsta pick up the pace now I guess. Week 5Worked out a lot this week, but also drank a lot this week...god damn you scorpios....why are there so many of you!?! As your numbers increase, your mystery diminishes. Week 6Started this week off with yet another Scorpio booze fest! After many shit-mixes of rye, we polished off that Texas Mickey of Canadian Club! Good times...good times. Week 7Worked out everyday this week, and then drank a LOT on Saturday night at the final Scorpio Bash 2006! Consumed mostly Vodka and Irish Carbombs and also shaked my groove thang for most of the night, so really, it could have been much worse! |
